He revealed that an impressive 7 lakh tickets were sold, surpassing the ₹20 crore gross mark across theaters nationwide. National Multiplexes contributed significantly, with over 3 lakh tickets sold for the opening day. Here’s a breakdown of the ticket sales:
- National Multiplexes: PVR – 1,51,278, INOX – 1,06,297, CINEPOLIS – 52,615, totaling 3,10,190 tickets sold and grossing ₹11.98 crore.
- City-wide theaters:
- Delhi NCR – 54,238 tickets, grossing ₹2.57 crore.
- Mumbai – 50,701 tickets, grossing ₹2.08 crore.
- Bengaluru – 48,184 tickets, grossing ₹1.84 crore.
- Hyderabad – 68,407 tickets, grossing ₹1.66 crore.
- Kolkata – 45,977 tickets, grossing ₹1.46 crore.
- Chennai – 60,415 tickets, grossing ₹1.06 crore.
